Role & Responsibilities

Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and budget preparation under senior guidance.

Reconcile GL accounts, AP/AR ledgers, and bank statements with precision and timeliness.

Support audit readiness by compiling documentation, tracking compliance items, and coordinating with external auditors.

Manage vendor billing, invoice processing, and expense validation aligned with university policies.

Prepare dashboards and variance analyses to support department heads in financial decision-making.

Collaborate cross-functionally with academic, admin, and HR teams to align financial controls with operational needs.

Assist in GST and TDS

Must-Have

Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling)

QuickBooks / Tally / SAP ERP

Financial reporting

General ledger accounting

Accounts payable/receivable

IFRS / Ind AS familiarity
