Create, execute, and maintain detailed manual and automated test plans for product releases and features.
Perform initial root-cause analysis using browser developer tools, network and console tabs, GCP server logs, and SQL analysis.
Report detailed bugs and errors in Jira and help reproduce issues raised externally.
Execute edge-case testing and update test plans as product changes are introduced.
At least 2 years of experience in manual and automation testing of responsive web pages.
Experience testing across different operating systems and browsers.
Experience with Jira and Chrome Developer Tools for reporting and troubleshooting errors.
Robust knowledge of web-based applications, test-plan execution, organization, attention to detail,



and analytical problem solving.
Experience working in agile teams with multiple product releases per week.
Comfort with Python or Java; Experience testing RBAC or permission models and mobile applications is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, such as a BE, BTech, or BSc.
Hybrid work arrangement requiring four days per week in the Bangalore office.
