Description We are seeking an experienced HR Manager/HR Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in human resources management, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. This role requires a proactive approach to managing HR functions and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Oversee employee relations, addressing any issues or conflicts that arise.
Conduct performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Maintain employee records and HR databases,



ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Support payroll and benefits administration, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6-10 years of experience in HR management or HR executive roles.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in India.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools, such as HRIS and ATS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective employee engagement.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
