- Schedule, publish and oversee daily presence across D2C channels (Instagram, Facebook) and corporate B2B networking (LinkedIn)
- Build industry connections and drive qualified visibility among D2C founders, pediatric networks and retail partners
- Proactively engage in relevant parenting communities and creator comment sections to drive inbound traffic
- Pitch weekly trend-driven content ideas
- Research, write and publish high-intent SEO parenting blogs on the website
- Identify and coordinate authentic collaborations with parenting and pediatric micro-influencers
- Manage comments and direct messages across all company accounts
- Track follower growth, engagement and website traffic, and adjust the approach based on the numbers

Requirements

- Final-year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism or a related field
- Native-level understanding of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn — formats, trends, and what drives reach, saves and shares
- Sharp written English; conversational Hinglish is a strong plus
- Hands-on with Canva, Meta Business Suite and a scheduling tool
- Basic SEO writing knowledge
- Data-aware — tracks follower growth, engagement and traffic, and adjusts based on the numbers
- Genuine interest in parenting, baby-care or D2C brands
- Available 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, hybrid, Dilshad Garden Delhi NCR
- Own laptop and phone
