Assist daily operations and general management at multiple apartment communities.
Supervises: Leasing Specialist
Lease apartments for any walk-ins when Leasing Specialist isn't present or multiple visitors enter the office.
Monitor delinquency report daily and make attempts by phone, email, visits, and letter to delinquent residents.
Assists with ensuring ALL property activity is recorded in Onesite software.
At least 2 years rental management experience.
Excellent time management, organizational and written skills.
Able to work in fast-paced workplace while remaining conscientious and adhering to policies and procedures.
Knowledge of computer software specifically Excel and Microsoft Word.
Ability to learn property management software (Onesite) quickly.
Must have valid driver's license and pass criminal background check.
