About the Company 4K Sports Infra Pvt. Ltd. specializes in the design, supply and execution of sports infrastructure projects, including synthetic turfs, sports flooring, wooden flooring, kids' play areas and other sports infrastructure solutions.

Field Sales & Customer Acquisition

Conduct regular field visits to identify and approach potential customers.

Promote sports infrastructure solutions to schools, colleges, sports academies, builders, contractors, architects, corporates and other potential clients.

Follow up on leads assigned through CRM and other business channels.

Understand customer requirements, project scope, budget and timelines.

Maintain consistent follow-ups to convert leads into sales.

Visit project sites to understand site conditions, dimensions and customer requirements.

Quotations & Sales Closure

Present quotations and explain pricing, specifications and commercial terms.

Drive opportunities towards order confirmation and achieve assigned sales targets.

Project Coordination & Collections





Coordinate with Engineering, Design, Procurement, Accounts and Project teams after order confirmation.

Ensure proper handover of customer requirements and project commitments.

Follow up on advance, milestone and final payments in coordination with Accounts.

Identify upcoming sports infrastructure projects and current business opportunities in the assigned territory.

Maintain accurate CRM records and submit daily/weekly sales activity reports.

Track leads, site visits, quotations, conversions, closures and collections.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or any relevant field.

Experience: 0–2 years in Field Sales, Sales, Marketing or Business Development. Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.

Interest in field sales, customer acquisition and target-based work.

Willingness to travel extensively across Visakhapatnam and nearby districts.

Basic knowledge of MS Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage.

Valid driving licence and ability to travel independently preferred.
