Manage month-end close, financial statements, accounting controls and financial reporting.
Oversee statutory audits, internal audits, tax compliance and regulatory reporting.
Drive direct tax, GST, transfer pricing and FEMA/ECB compliance activities.
Support banking relationships, working capital management, CMA preparation and lender reporting.
Strengthen internal controls while leading and developing the finance and accounting team.




Qualified Chartered Accountant with 15-18 years of post-qualification experience.
Strong background in manufacturing finance, plant finance and finance controlling.
Hands-on experience in financial closing, budgeting, MIS, taxation, audits and compliance.
Knowledge of GST, transfer pricing, banking and FEMA/ECB regulations.
Experience with SAP ERP; SAP S/4HANA exposure is advantageous.
