About the Role Skinoro is looking for a creative, enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our marketing team as an Influencer Marketing & LinkedIn B2B Executive .

We welcome freshers, beginners, aspiring influencers and content creators who are passionate about social media, Korean skincare, influencer collaborations and digital marketing.

Prior professional experience is not mandatory. Influencer Marketing

Coordinate influencer collaborations, product promotions and content creation.

Manage influencer communication, follow-ups and video submissions.

Track campaign performance and maintain influencer databases.

Assist in planning influencer marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

LinkedIn B2B Marketing

Connect with prospective B2B customers through LinkedIn.

Maintain lead databases and track communication.

Support B2B lead generation and partnership development.

Assist in managing Skinoro's Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube accounts.

Plan and coordinate reels, posts, product videos and promotional content.





Write engaging captions and social media content.

Stay updated on Korean beauty trends, Instagram Reels and influencer marketing.

Monitor social media engagement and prepare basic performance reports.

Coordinate with designers, video editors and content creators.

Positive communication skills in English, Tamil and Hindi .

Interest in Korean skincare, beauty and social media marketing.

Basic understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn and other social platforms.

Willingness to learn influencer marketing and B2B lead generation.

Fresh graduates and beginners interested in digital marketing.

Aspiring influencers and social media content creators.

Candidates with experience managing Instagram or LinkedIn pages.

Candidates interested in building a career in influencer marketing and B2B business development.

No prior corporate experience is required. Training and guidance will be provided.
