We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end software solutions. You will work in an Agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality code that aligns with the Group's architecture guidelines and business objectives.

Design, develop, and implement scalable full-stack applications using Java and contemporary frontend frameworks.
Technical Analysis: Code Quality & Testing: Perform unit testing, integration testing, and participate in peer code reviews to ensure high standards of quality.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and performance bottlenecks in production and non-production environments.




Agile Collaboration: Actively participate in all Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives) and collaborate closely with Business Analysts and Product Owners.
Execute continuous integration and deployment pipelines to ensure a smooth delivery calendar.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Java (Version 11 or higher) with a deep understanding of Core Java concepts (Collections, Multithreading, Streams API).
Extensive experience with the Spring Ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security) and Hibernate/JPA for ORM.
Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL).
Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular or React).
Experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito.
Extensive experience with Jenkins, Ansible, or other CI/CD automation tools.
Experience in designing and implementing Microservices architecture.
Prior experience working within the Banking or Financial Services industry.
