CHR Properties is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing campaigns and generate qualified property enquiries, site visits, and bookings.

Role: Performance Marketing Manager

Salary: 5–7.5 LPA Fixed CTC + Performance-Based Incentives

Experience: 3–6 Years

Work Mode: Full time, Work from Office

Plan and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.

Generate qualified leads for premium apartments, gated communities, and luxury villas.

Manage advertising budgets and improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Track CPL, qualified leads, site visits, bookings, and marketing ROI.

Work closely with the sales and creative teams to improve campaign performance.

Manage analytics, conversion tracking, remarketing, and performance reports.

Develop data-driven strategies to increase property enquiries and bookings.





3–6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.

- Mandatory experience in real estate marketing or property lead generation.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Experience managing advertising budgets and improving lead quality.
- Knowledge of GA4, GTM, CRM workflows, and conversion tracking.
- Proven ability to analyse campaign performance and deliver measurable results.
