Zimmer Biomet seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to support manufacturing engineering operations in Bangalore. The role encompasses process development, documentation management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure efficient and compliant production of medical devices.

Responsibilities

Maintain and update controlled technical documents including prints, procedures, and bills of materials using Windchill, JDE, Vault, and Teamcenter

Support diverse manufacturing processes such as machining, casting, heat treating, molding, and bonding

Create and update Material Description Cards, Manufacturing Material Impact Assessments, and Measurement Instruction Sheets

Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Engineering teams to resolve changes and ensure documentation accuracy

Develop and optimize process methods to meet performance and quality requirements

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering

Proficiency with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T;)

Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat skills

Solid written and verbal communication abilities

Experience with quality and statistical problem-solving tools

Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with medium complexity
