(*This SDR sits within the Marketing Inbound team at Uplers and owns two core responsibilities: taking discovery calls with inbound leads (mostly founders and hiring managers), and independently generating pipeline through outbound prospecting and re-engagement of dormant leads. This is not a qualify-and-handoff role — the person owns the full conversation from first call to business outcome.
Take discovery calls with inbound leads, understand their hiring needs, assess fitment, negotiate on expectations, and qualify them before handing off to the delivery team with full context
Generate new leads independently by re-engaging past and dormant leads and running outbound prospecting through LinkedIn
Use AI tools actively for sales research, prospect personalization, and call preparation
Has personally owned B2B sales opportunities end-to-end — from first discovery call to a business outcome (deal closed, proposal commitment, or prospect disqualified)
— without handing off to an AE or senior closer at any point
Has operated in a B2B startup or fast-paced sales environment, engaging founders and CXOs confidently; Clear, confident spoken English — communicates without hesitation; rated ≥7/10 for clarity and confidence on a phone screen
Sole-contributor or tiny-team sales experience with no AE downstream
Prior client-facing experience with US/UK decision-makers
Background in selling services — staffing, talent solutions, IT outsourcing, or consulting/agency
100% Remote — any city in India
