Description We are seeking an experienced VMC Machine Operator cum Programmer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in operating and programming Vertical Machining Centers, ensuring high-quality production and efficient machining processes.

Responsibilities
Set up and operate Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) as per specifications.
Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to understand machining requirements.
Program VMC machines using appropriate software and languages, ensuring precision and quality.
Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of VMC equipment.
Monitor production processes and adjust settings for optimal performance.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve machining processes.




Maintain accurate records of production and machine operations.

Skills and Qualifications

- 4-8 years of experience in operating and programming VMC machines.
- Proficiency in CNC programming languages such as G-code and M-code.
- Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software for programming.
- Knowledge of quality control and assurance processes in manufacturing.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
