Job Description

Communication skills : clearly explain ideas to business and technical teams.
Requirement gathering : identify and document business needs accurately.
Analytical thinking : understand problems, break them down, and find root causes.
Process understanding : know how business workflows operate and where improvements are needed.
Stakeholder management : work with different people, handle expectations, and align priorities.
Documentation skills : write explicit requirements, user stories, use cases, and reports.
Problem-solving : suggest practical solutions to business issues.
Basic technical knowledge : understand systems, databases, APIs, or software development basics.
Testing/support skills : help validate solutions and support user acceptance testing.
Tools knowledge : use tools like Excel, Jira, or similar.
