We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Bidding Specialist with a strong understanding of IT services and client acquisition. The role involves identifying relevant project opportunities across platforms such as Upwork,



Freelancer, Fiverr, and PeoplePerHour, crafting tailored proposals, engaging with potential clients, and converting opportunities into successful business deals.

The ideal candidate should combine strong communication and negotiation skills with market research, strategic bidding, and a results-oriented approach to achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships.

Proven experience as a Bidding Specialist in an IT company or a similar role.
Strong understanding of IT services, including web development, mobile applications, SaaS, and AI solutions.
Hands-on experience with freelance platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, or PeoplePerHour.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with strong proposal-writing and client-handling abilities.
Knowledge of lead generation, sales techniques, negotiation, and client acquisition.
Ability to work collaboratively with sales and technical teams in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
