We are looking for an experienced technical support professional with 6–7 years of experience in cybersecurity and BFSI, specialising in Hardware Security Modules (HSMs) and payment infrastructure. The role involves providing hands-on technical support, servicing,



and troubleshooting HSMs while ensuring the secure and seamless functioning of payment systems across banking and financial services.

HSM Support & Troubleshooting
Perform HSM servicing, configuration, maintenance, and fault diagnosis.
Payment Infrastructure Support
Support payment systems involving ATM, NEFT, UPI, and POS.
Ensure smooth and secure payment operations.
Technical Operations & Security
Work on HSM architecture, key management, and security configurations.
Experience: 4–10 years of relevant experience in service engineering.
