About the Company:

House Construct is a real estate organization focused on delivering quality property solutions and building strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders. We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to contribute to our continued growth in the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business through field sales, client meetings, referrals, and networking.
- Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project discussions.
- Understand customer requirements, budgets, timelines, and construction needs.
- Present construction solutions, proposals, quotations, and project details.
- Handle negotiations and convert leads into successful closures.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Manage sales pipeline, follow-ups, and CRM updates.
- Coordinate with QS, Design, Engineering, and Project teams for smooth execution.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.




- Support and guide junior sales team members when required.

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Field Sales.
- Strong client network and business development skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating business.
- Positive knowledge of the Bangalore real estate and construction market.
- Comfortable with frequent client meetings, field work, and site visits.
- Strong leadership and team-handling abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Bangalore, offering a monthly salary of ₹40,000–₹50,000, depending on relevant experience and suitability.
