Role Description The Head of Department at GyanTaal.ai will lead academic and program strategy, overseeing curriculum design, faculty coordination, and delivery quality for assigned disciplines. This full-time, in office role based in Noida involves managing departmental operations, setting performance goals, and ensuring alignment with the organization's mission of outcome-driven, industry-focused education. The Head of Department will guide faculty and instructional teams, implement governance and assessment standards, and monitor learner performance and satisfaction. The role also requires contributing to new program development,



supporting accreditation or certification processes, and maintaining high academic and ethical standards across the department.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience overseeing academic or training teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
Expertise in curriculum design, pedagogy, and outcome-based education, ideally within technology, business, or professional upskilling domains.
Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics for decision-making, performance tracking, and continuous improvement of programs and learning outcomes.
Experience working with or understanding AI-powered learning platforms, digital education tools, or online/blended learning environments.
Background in higher education, corporate training, or edtech; prior experience in a department head, program director, or similar leadership role is preferred.
Master's degree or higher in a relevant field (such as Education, Management, Technology, or a related discipline) is strongly beneficial.
