Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Finance Manager role based in Mumbai. The Finance Manager will oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. Responsibilities include preparing and analyzing monthly and quarterly financial statements, monitoring costs and revenue, and supporting pricing and profitability decisions for domestic and international delivery services. The role will manage accounts payable and receivable, coordinate with auditors and banks, ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations, and help improve internal controls and financial processes. The Finance Manager will partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights,



support strategic planning, and guide the finance team in meeting organizational goals.

Candidates should possess strong financial planning and analysis skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Candidates should possess robust accounting and reporting skills, including general ledger management, financial statement preparation, and familiarity with accounting standards.

Candidates should possess proficiency with finance and ERP software, spreadsheets, and data analysis tools.

Candidates should possess capabilities in compliance and risk management, including knowledge of taxation, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
