Roles and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials from both local and overseas vendors and maintaining necessary documents.
- Responsible for evaluating vendors’ quotations to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project.
- Responsible for evaluating supplier performance based on delivery time & best prices and ensuring all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectations.
- Responsible for implementing internal procurement strategies to cater to high delivery and short lead time requirements.
- Responsible for chemical sourcing & sending enquiries, purchasing procurement of raw Materials..
- Responsible for Negotiating & Cost Saving.
- Responsible for Vendor Development.
- Responsible for controlling purchasing department budgets.
- Responsible for following cGMP activities.




- Responsible for interacting with the suppliers on a day-to-day basis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, distribution partners, and internal R&D; and production teams.
- Prepare and manage cost sheet proposals against client enquiries, including coordination with suppliers for KSM pricing.
- Review cost sheets with the Business Development Head and share finalized proposals with clients within a defined TAT of 3 days.
