Viamagus Select | Bengaluru | Full-time | 3–5 years Location : Viamagus Select is the recruitment and talent arm of Viamagus Technologies. We help GCCs in India find and place strong tech talent, through permanent hiring, contract staffing and staff augmentation. We're a fast-moving team that has already automated parts of our sales and recruitment workflow, and every recent client relationship makes a visible difference.

You'll own the top of our sales funnel. You'll find and qualify companies that need to hire well and quickly, and open conversations with the people who make hiring decisions: founders, CxOs, VPs, and HR/TA heads. You'll work closely with our founder and leadership team to turn those conversations into recruitment and staffing mandates. You'll also help us keep improving how the funnel runs, using AI and automation to move faster than the competition.

Build and maintain target account lists across mid-size GCCs in India
Find and enrich decision-maker contacts (founders, CxOs, VPs/Directors, HR/TA heads) using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo and similar tools
Segment leads by industry, company stage, hiring volume and tech stack, so outreach goes to the accounts most likely to convert

Outreach & Qualification

Run outbound prospecting across cold calls, LinkedIn and email sequences
Write personalised outreach that speaks to each persona's hiring problems: speed, quality, niche skills or scaling a team
Qualify leads against our ideal customer profile and hand sales-ready opportunities to leadership with full context
Book discovery meetings and support the first client conversations
Keep CRM records, activity logs and outreach cadences accurate and up to date

every day to research accounts,



personalise outreach at scale and speed up repetitive work
Work with our existing automation setup, which already handles parts of the outreach and recruitment process
Map the sales and lead-generation workflow end to end, find steps that are still manual or slow, and suggest what to automate next
Share what you hear in the market (objections, competitor mentions, pricing feedback, hiring trends) to help sharpen our playbook
3–5 years in B2B lead generation, inside sales or business development

- Hands-on experience selling recruitment, staffing or RPO services for GCC (must-have)
- Proven lead generation skills: building target lists, finding decision-makers and creating qualified pipeline from scratch
- A track record of cold outreach to CxO, VP and Director-level stakeholders
- Comfort running multi-channel outbound, combining calls, LinkedIn and email sequences
- AI literacy: you already use tools like Claude and ChatGPT to personalise outreach at scale and work faster, and you can show examples
- Strong spoken and written English, with the confidence to hold a credible conversation with senior leaders
- An existing network among HR/TA professionals, & GCC leaders in India

Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, or a CRM such as HubSpot or Zoho
Exposure to automation or no-code tools (Zapier, Make, Google Sheets/Apps Script, n8n, etc.)
Exposure to GCC accounts
An understanding of tech hiring and common roles (Java, Full Stack, Cloud/DevOps, Data, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
An interest in growing into a closing or Account Manager role
