Join Amazon Transparency team as a Program Manager, we are looking for candidates with a strong record of owning and executing strategic, cross-functional projects as well as partnering with other teams to drive key process improvement programs.

This role requires working with business teams across the company to provide data driven operations support key to the success of the initiative. You will also analyze operations' data and processes to identify key customer issues/challenges that will help us improve our processes and provide higher value to our customers. At the core of the position is passion for protecting Amazon's reputation and the customer experience and trust.





Work with product management teams to understand program requirements and jointly develop a solution which solves a larger business problem

Continuously perform data based analysis to identify issues and report key insights, subsequently building data backed business cases

Use industry proven tools such as lean/six sigma to drive operational efficiencies and quality improvement in the operations team under your purview

Own, help set up and scale new operations' programs/launches, defining processes, KPI, goals, governance and reporting

Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

2+ years of program or project management experience

Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)

Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document

Bachelor's degree in relevant field, or 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) full time experience

Experience in MS Access and SQL

Experience with Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques
