Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.





Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure alignment with project objectives.

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).

Robust knowledge of database architecture, backup and recovery techniques, and performance tuning.

Experience in managing database security, user access, and compliance with organizational policies.

Ability to troubleshoot complex database issues and provide effective solutions.

Familiarity with database automation tools and scripting for routine maintenance tasks.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
