RAMANA INTERNATIONAL offers opportunities to contribute to a growing business in the machinery industry. Role Description This is a full-time, in office Salesperson role based in Ludhiana. The Salesperson will identify and approach prospective customers, present machinery products and solutions, and build long-term client relationships. Daily responsibilities include conducting client visits, explaining product features and benefits, preparing quotations, and following up on inquiries to close sales. The role involves coordinating with internal teams for order processing,



delivery schedules, and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. The Salesperson will also monitor market trends, gather customer feedback, and support sales reporting and documentation activities.
Strong sales and customer relationship skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information confidently in person and over the phone.
Basic proficiency in using computers and common office software for documentation, reporting, and email communication.
Valuable organizational and time management skills, with the ability to plan daily visits and manage multiple client accounts.
Prior experience in industrial or machinery sales is preferred but not mandatory; Comfort working on-site and traveling locally in and around Ludhiana for client meetings and market visits.
