Northern Arc Capital is hiring for a Business Analyst – Technology role.
Location: Bangalore
Preference: Immediate Joiners / Candidates with short notice period

Key Responsibilities
Work closely with business and technology teams to understand requirements and translate them into clear functional requirements.
Act as a strong business–technology liaison and ensure effective communication between stakeholders.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and ensure they are accurately translated into BDDs / functional documents .
Work closely with technology teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) .
Identify risks, dependencies, and potential challenges and proactively work towards resolution.
Track project deliverables and ensure timely closure of requirements and dependencies.
Prepare regular project/status updates for stakeholders.
Support change management and ensure alignment between business requirements and technology delivery.
Minimum Qualifications





- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis / Technology Project Management / Program Management .
- BE/BTech in Technology/Engineering.

Skills Required
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of SDLC and technology projects .
Proven experience as a Business Analyst / Technology Program Manager .
Strong requirement-gathering and documentation skills.
Good knowledge of Jira , including the ability to build dashboards.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
