Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role based in Ahmedabad. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, task delegation, and ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures. Responsibilities include monitoring product quality and presentation, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and ensuring fast, friendly service that aligns with the brand's values. The role involves managing inventory, coordinating orders, minimizing wastage, and supporting retail loss prevention initiatives. The Store Manager will track sales performance, support local marketing activities,



handle customer feedback, and train team members to deliver a consistent, high-quality guest experience.

Excellent Communication skills for interacting with guests, team members, and management.

Store Management experience, including staff supervision, scheduling, and operations oversight.

Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to protect inventory and reduce shrinkage.

Previous experience in retail, QSR, or food and beverage operations is preferred.

Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and hygiene standards.

Basic proficiency in POS systems and handling cash and digital payments.
