We're Hiring | Talent Acquisition Executive / Recruiter – NIIT
NIIT is looking for an energetic and proactive recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team!

Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO)
Employment Type: 0-1-Year Contract
Experience: 0–1 Year
Graduate in any discipline

Must have completed an HR or Recruitment internship.
Relocation cases will not be considered.
Should be comfortable with candidate sourcing, screening, and recruitment calls.
Immediate joiners or candidates available at short notice will be preferred.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
Maintain recruitment trackers and support daily hiring activities.
