Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role is based in Dera Bassi. The specialist will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage sales pipelines, and develop long-term relationships with industrial clients and partners. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and following up on leads to close sales. The role also involves supporting marketing campaigns,



contributing to promotional materials, coordinating customer training or product education sessions, and collaborating with technical teams to align service offerings with client needs. The specialist will maintain accurate sales reports, track market trends, and provide feedback to improve service positioning and customer satisfaction.

Candidates should possess core Sales skills, such as lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a B2B or industrial workplace.

Candidates should possess Sales Management skills, including pipeline management, reporting, and basic forecasting.

Candidates should possess Training-related skills, such as delivering product or service demonstrations and conducting client education sessions.
