About the Company

Wipfin is seeking an enthusiastic Business Development Intern to support its growth initiatives and gain practical exposure to market expansion, client engagement, and revenue development in the finance domain. This three-month opportunity is designed for a fresher or early-career candidate who is eager to learn, communicate with prospects, and contribute to a growing business team.

Responsibilities

- Research prospective clients, target segments, and relevant market opportunities.
- Support lead generation through online research, outreach, and relationship-building activities.
- Assist with preparing presentations, proposals, follow-up updates, and basic business reports.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects and coordinate with internal stakeholders on next steps.




- Track outreach outcomes and share observations that can improve business development efforts.

Requirements

- Interest in business development, sales, customer engagement, and the finance industry.
- Applicants with 0–1 year of experience, including freshers, are welcome.
- A background or academic exposure in Finance is preferred.
- Solid verbal and written communication, initiative, organization, and willingness to learn.
- Comfort with basic research, spreadsheets, presentations, and professional follow-ups.

This is a full-time, in-office internship based in Chennai, offered for three months with a monthly stipend of ₹5,000.
