Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive automation test plans and test scripts based on project requirements.

Build and maintain reusable test frameworks, regression suites, and smoke suites.

Conduct functional, regression, database, API, backend, and platform testing.

Automate APIs and test microservices, web services, and large-scale distributed systems.

Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.

Test GenAI applications, LLM-based systems, and agentic workflows.

Collaborate with engineering, data science, and product teams to lead quality efforts.

Requirements

- 3-5 years of experience in software development and/or test automation, including quality efforts on complex distributed systems.
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Strong Python programming skills and experience writing maintainable test frameworks.
- Experience testing backend or platform systems, microservices, and API layers.
- Deep understanding of test design principles, CI/CD integration, scalable test automation, QA methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.
- Experience with automation and test frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright, WebdriverIO, or Protractor.
- Experience with API automation,



database testing, SQL queries, cloud platforms, and containerized environments.
- Enterprise SaaS testing experience and robust communication and collaboration skills.
- Preferred experience testing GenAI products, LLM-based systems, or agentic AI platforms.
- Preferred domain knowledge in sales, sales engagement, or CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Preferred experience contributing to AI quality strategies in a product or research environment.
