Basis Vectors Portfolio Services India Pvt. Ltd. is part of the Basis Vectors group, a Current York-headquartered private equity and technology firm that acquires and grows B2B SaaS businesses. We're expanding our team to support a new US account and are looking for confident voices to join us.
Make outbound calls to US-based prospects and customers
Introduce our offerings clearly and build rapport over the phone
Update call notes and follow-ups in the CRM
Meet daily and weekly calling targets
1–3 years of experience in an international voice process (US process preferred)

- Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation and fluency
- Comfortable working night shifts
- Basic computer skills; CRM experience is a plus
