Shift Time: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Staffing Recruiter to support recruitment efforts for U.S.-based clients. This role is ideal for individuals interested in building a career in recruiting, talent acquisition, and staffing operations . The recruiter will assist with sourcing candidates, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate relationships.

Responsibilities:

Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, databases, and online recruiting platforms .

Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings to assess skills, experience, and availability.

Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Maintain accurate candidate records using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools .





Support recruiters and account managers with staffing activities, follow-ups, and reporting.

Build strong candidate relationships and provide a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Robust communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills .

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Basic understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and U.S. staffing practices is a plus.

Proficiency with MS Office, ATS platforms, and online recruitment tools preferred.

Willingness to learn and develop skills in technical and non-technical recruiting .
