We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience, strong communication skills, empathy, and a passion for helping customers succeed.





Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Maintain accurate customer records using CRM tools
Provide proactive support to drive customer success and satisfaction

Strong communication skills in English, Tamil/Telugu/Kannada.
Open to entry-level candidates with a strong willingness to learn
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (freshers welcome)
Proficient in basic office tools (MS Office / Google Workspace)
Hands-on training on the fee collection platform with continuous learning support
