The company has partnered with Flexiple to bring an Android Developer onto its founding India engineering team, with real ownership over the app's roadmap from day one. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
As Android Developer, you will build core app features end to end and help set the architecture patterns the mobile codebase will run on for years.
Build and ship features in Kotlin/Java across the app's core modules
Own performance — app startup time, memory footprint, and crash-free sessions
Write unit and UI tests and keep the CI pipeline green




Collaboration & Quality
Participate in code review and raise the bar on architecture and code quality
2 to 6 years building production Android apps in Kotlin or Java

- Solid grasp of Android architecture components, coroutines, and modern UI toolkits (Jetpack Compose or XML-based views)
- Experience shipping to the Play Store and reading crash/ANR reports to root-cause issues
- Transparent written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Ground-floor ownership of the Android codebase, not a single feature slice
