We're looking for a Mid–Senior Graphic Designer to shape how Thought and Found and our clients' work look and feel. It combines concept, craft, and ownership, working closely with our Founder and design team from first idea to final delivery.
Mumbai | Full-time | Thought and Found

- Office timing: 9:30 to 6:30
- Monday to Friday in office, Saturday work from home

Develop concepts and visual direction for brands, products, and campaigns

- Design brand identities, logos, and visual guidelines
- Design client presentations, pitch decks, and product visualisation layouts
- Produce digital and social media creatives
- Take full ownership of projects from brief to delivery, including timelines and revisions




- Guide junior designers and maintain quality across the studio's output

Experience: 4–7 years in graphic design (studio or agency experience preferred)
-Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or equivalent

Expert in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
-Figma, After Effects, or KeyShot are an advantage

Personal Qualities:

- Detail-oriented with a solid eye for quality
- Organised and able to manage multiple projects at once
