Johnson & Johnson seeks a Supply Chain Project Analyst for their DePuy Synthes division in Chennai to lead and support projects across supply chain operations, quality, compliance, and innovation. The role involves coordinating with manufacturing partners and cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and execute strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead and support initiatives to enhance supply chain reliability, quality, compliance, and cost improvements

Drive supplier change requests and manage purchase order placement and vendor invoice reconciliation

Execute projects according to standard project management guidelines with attention to milestones and resource allocation

Lead issue resolution and supply continuity improvement efforts related to quality and compliance





Support recent product execution and integration into existing lifecycle management processes

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field

Minimum 1 year experience in supply chain, operations, engineering, project management, procurement, R&D;, or quality

Strong communication and influencing skills across functions and with suppliers

Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizing abilities

Fluent in English (mandatory)

Medical device industry experience preferred

Familiarity with Six Sigma and Lean methodologies preferred
