Valuable English & Hindi communication skills
Strong convincing and objection-handling skills
Personal laptop is mandatory
Stable Wi-Fi & power backup required
Comfortable with sales/renewal targets.

- Understand customer requirements and address concerns
- Handle customer objections and provide suitable solutions
- Follow up with customers and close renewals
- Maintain customer details and follow-ups in CRM
