Own the end-to-end customer experience of your team's products.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
About 10–12 years of core software product development, building web applications.
Robust command of at least one backend language (Java, Python, Go or Node.js).
Experience designing architecture and making tech-stack decisions for high-scale, low-latency systems.
Experience managing or mentoring small to medium teams, and leading projects end to end.
A data-driven approach and a commitment to growing talent.
