You win India's largest D2C and retail brands for BIK and Manifest AI, running full-cycle enterprise deals from first meeting to signed contract.

Own a named list of enterprise brands (large D2C, omnichannel retail, marketplaces-plus-D2C) and build pipeline into them.
Run the full cycle: discovery, multi-stakeholder mapping (CMO, CX head, CTO, procurement), demos, pilots, commercials and close.
Use our free CX audit and paid pilots to land accounts,



then convert pilots into annual contracts.
Work with solutions and pre-sales on scoping, security reviews and custom agent proposals.
Forecast accurately in HubSpot every week.

5-8 years in B2B SaaS sales, with a track record of closing six- and seven-figure INR enterprise deals.

- Existing network among India's D2C, retail or ecommerce leadership.
- Experience with long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and procurement.
- Comfortable presenting to CXOs and negotiating commercials independently.
- Familiarity with a structured sales methodology (MEDDICC or similar).

Experience selling in a competitive B2B SaaS landscape, particularly across CX, marketing automation, conversational AI, or customer engagement platforms.
