Straive is seeking a strategic and driven Engagement Manager / Senior Engagement Manager to lead and coordinate data analytics and AI engagements for strategic enterprise clients across global markets. As a trusted AI consulting partner, this is a high-impact, client-facing role with significant exposure to senior client stakeholders and Straive leadership.
You will oversee project execution, drive account growth, manage P&L;, and shape strategic programs in an AI-first organization.
Engagement Planning & End-to-End Delivery
Define engagement charters, delivery plans,



and milestones across concurrent AI and data workstreams.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Build trusted-advisor relationships, managing expectations and delivering exceptional client experiences.
Account Growth & Business Development
Drive proposal creation, RFP responses, SOWs, and executive presentations clearly articulating business value.
Required Experience and Qualifications

- 10+ years of total professional experience across strategy consulting, analytics consulting, or technology-enabled transformation roles.
- Minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience managing and delivering data analytics, data science, and AI-driven projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated experience interfacing with C-suite and VP-level executives.
- Experience managing account-level P&L; and contributing to RFPs and business development efforts.
