The Resource Manager is responsible for managing the allocation, utilization, and deployment of consultants across global regions and practices. Operating as part of a centralized Global Resource Management function based in India, this role serves as a key partner to delivery leaders, practice leaders, project managers, and business stakeholders across Americas, EMEA, APAC, and India.
The Resource Manager ensures the right talent is assigned to the right opportunities while balancing business demand, consultant development, utilization targets, and workforce planning objectives.
Global Resource Planning & Allocation
Manage end-to-end resource allocation activities across multiple regions and business units.
Review staffing demand and identify suitable consultants based on skills, experience, availability, location, and business requirements.
Facilitate staffing discussions with delivery and practice leadership to ensure optimal resource deployment.
Support short- and medium-term capacity planning activities.
Build robust working relationships with global delivery leaders, practice leaders, project managers, and account stakeholders.
Resolve resource conflicts through collaboration and data-driven recommendations.
Provide insights into utilization, fulfillment performance, demand pipeline, and capacity forecasts.
Ensure workforce planning data is maintained accurately within resource management systems.
5–8 years of experience in Resource Management, Workforce Planning, PMO, Professional Services Operations, or related functions.

- Experience supporting global delivery organizations preferred.
- Strong understanding of resource allocation, utilization management, and capacity planning.
- Experience working with resource management and workforce planning tools.
