Position: Manager, Finance & Accounts (Head of Department role) Company: Svenska Design Hotels , a European chain of boutique hotels from Sweden
Location: Upscale Boutique Hotel in Lokhandwala Complex, Andheri West, Mumbai
10.00 lakhs per annum (as per experience & background)
Qualifications: Finance/ accounts degree required ( MBA/ CFA/ CA/ Inter/ MCom/ BCom )
Experience: Min. 10 years experience in accounts essential
Sector: Hotels/ Hospitality industry experience essential

Manage all aspects of hotel financial operations, including receivables, payables, and bank reconciliations
Record and maintain accurate accounting entries in compliance with established policies and procedures
Prepare and analyse financial statements, budgets, and forecasts




Ensure timely and accurate statutory reporting and compliance with tax regulations (GST, TDS)
Optimise financial processes and controls in the finance & accounting department
Handle financial audits and liaise with auditors
Maintain and improve internal controls and financial data integrity
Provide financial insights and support for decision-making processes
