We're looking for a passionate professional to handle employee grievances, drive talent development, and enhance our workplace culture
What You'll Do:
Resolve employee grievances with care
Handle Team of HRBP Executives.
Improve employee engagement & well-being
Ensure compliance with HR policies & labor laws

What We're Looking For:
1-4 years' Experience in employee relations & grievance management for international business.
Robust communication & problem-solving skills
Knowledge of HR policies

Note: Rotational shifts 24/7 and 5 days working with rotational week off
