Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Business Development Associate based out of HSR Layout, Bengaluru. The Business Development Associate will identify and qualify new leads, engage prospective customers, and support the expansion of Bhanzu's learning programs across markets. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, managing outreach campaigns, delivering presentations and product demos to partners or clients,



and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The role involves close collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations teams to refine messaging, improve conversion rates, and support revenue growth. The individual will also contribute feedback from the market to help shape product offerings and customer experience.

Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering effective Presentations.

Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field are beneficial.

Experience in EdTech, education services, or B2C/B2B sales is an advantage.
