The position demands continuous engagement with various stakeholders to ensure that the proposed solutions are practical, cutting-edge, and positioned for successful implementation, thereby supporting the broader business goals and client satisfaction.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.





Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.

Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and skill development.

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow ITOM Event Management.

Strong expertise in designing and implementing IT operations management solutions.

Experience in integrating event management systems with other IT service management processes.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM Event Management.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
