Chef de Partie - Ferg's Bar

We're looking for an experienced Chef de Partie who loves cooking with fresh ingredients, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes genuine pride in producing beautiful food at pace. Reporting to the Head Chef, you'll play an significant role in delivering consistently outstanding food while helping maintain the high standards our guests expect.

Working with fresh, quality ingredients and producing food made from scratch.

Maintaining excellent food quality, presentation and consistency during busy service.

Contributing ideas to menu development and seasonal specials.

Managing your section efficiently while supporting the wider kitchen team.

Following Food Control Plan requirements and Health & Safety procedures.





Working closely with the front of house team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

This is a full-time position (minimum 30 hours per week).

At least 3 years' experience in a commercial kitchen in a similar role.

Strong technical cooking skills and enjoys preparing food from scratch.

Consistently produce high-quality dishes in a high-volume environment.

Wants to learn, develop and contribute to a high-performing kitchen.

Availability to work shifts between the core hours of 6.30am – 11.30pm
