About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Handle Sales via incoming customer enquiries through Instagram DMs and WhatsApp
2. Maintain accurate customer records, lead status and follow-up details in the CRM.
3. Coordinate with the internal team for order confirmations and customer

requirements

1. Maintain professional, friendly and timely customer communication.
2. Achieve individual monthly sales and revenue targets
3. Respond promptly to all incoming enquiries during working hours.
4. Maintain consistent and structured follow-ups with potential customers.
5. Focus on converting qualified leads into paid orders.
6. Maintain accurate daily reporting of enquiries, conversions, orders and sales revenue. Skill(s) required

Other requirements
Prior experience working with startups, preferably in D2C, fashion, lifestyle or consumer product brands.
Hands-on experience in online sales through Instagram, WhatsApp Business and other digital channels.




Proven ability to convert customer enquiries into confirmed orders through effective communication, persuasion and follow-ups.
Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable working with performance-based sales incentives.
Solid customer engagement skills, with experience in upselling, cross-selling and managing leads through CRM too

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,50,000 - 1,80,000 /year
