Job Title – Financial Reporting (Associate/Sr. As a Financial Reporting Specialist, you will review financial statements for Hedge Funds, Private Equity funds, Real Estate entities and similar structures across multiple GAAP frameworks, including IFRS, US GAAP, UK GAAP, Luxembourg GAAP, and Canadian GAAP. You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements based on the provided data,



as well as conducting thorough reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Provide ongoing and continuous training, motivation and development of all team members to maintain high client service standards
Current hiring, process training for new staff, people issues, performance management, KPIs etc.
Train the team to ensure quality services to clients
Define the timeline of financial statements onshore
Experience in Financial Reporting
Experience of Financial Reporting in Hedge Funds
Manual experience of reporting in IFRS/US GAAP is preferred
Adaptability in MS Excel and MS Word.
Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting/Finance required or any a professional qualification, CA, CPA, ACCA, CFA, or any course specialising in accounting.
