The Senior Analyst is responsible for handling the entire Benefits & Mobility function for the India office across different verticals. You will ensure all processes are completed in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with BCG policies and procedures, and in compliance with statutory regulations. Handling overall employee Perks portfolio for India office (including Medical Insurance, Life Insurance, Accident policy, top up plans, etc)
Managing all the additions and deletions to the policies and ensuring all endorsements are passed on time.




Monitoring Medical insurance coverage regularly and ensuring all claims are settled on time enhancing employee experience
Handling travel insurance portfolio
Track and Manage performance of various vendors for, Insurance, forex, etc related profiles
Managing the Car lease benefit.
Managing NPS, Banking & Wellness programs.
A Master's degree with a minimum of 6-8 years' experience in a fast paced environment supporting senior executives, strongly preferred.
Proficient using Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Excellent customer service orientation with creative and resourceful problem solving skills –'can do' attitude
