Sarathie HR Consultancy is a boutique HR consulting and recruitment firm catering to mid-sized organisations, with a strong focus on the Architecture, Interior Design and Infrastructure sectors.
We partner with established architectural and design firms to identify and recruit professionals across technical, design, project management and leadership functions.
We are looking for talented and experienced Architects across different levels who can contribute to architectural design, technical development, project coordination and execution.
Depending on the level of experience, the role will involve developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed working drawings, coordinating with multidisciplinary consultants, managing project deliverables and ensuring design quality and regulatory compliance.
Senior professionals will also be responsible for independently managing assigned projects, guiding junior team members and coordinating with clients and external stakeholders.

Develop architectural concepts, design solutions, detailed drawings and construction documentation in alignment with project requirements.
Project Coordination: Coordinate with structural, MEP and other consultants,



contractors and project stakeholders for seamless project execution.
Project Delivery: Monitor design deliverables, timelines, technical requirements and quality standards across assigned projects.
Design Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to applicable building regulations, design standards and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with municipal corporations, planning authorities and relevant government departments.
Ensure compliance with applicable DCPR/UDCPR, building regulations and development control requirements.
Maintain effective liaison with authorities and internal project teams.

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and other architectural design tools, depending on the role.
Sound understanding of architectural detailing, construction documentation and project execution.
Knowledge of local statutory approval processes is essential for Liaisoning Architect positions.

Experience Requirements
Senior / Experienced Architects: 8–12 years
Liaisoning Architects: Relevant experience in architectural approvals and statutory liaisoning
